I always take my Honda Accord touring for service and what ever need I may have. The service and personnel are really good. I almost know everybody there because of frequent visits. But one thing I notice is their price is very very.. I mean very high. I take my car in in a hope of good maintenance and genuine Honda parts but it’s too much. Me and my maintenance personnel have agreed and scheduled to change all of my tires on my next service schedule after 3000 miles almost but unfortunately one of my tire blew up before that and I went to do the overall change. The price they gave me was really really high compared to what other retailers have and I was like why do I keep going back to them. I got a tire deal that is 300 dollar less than what they wanted to charge and not only that the benefits I got was also amazing.
Koons Honda Service. Always fair and beyond fair. They tell it like it is. My service manager, TC, is the best. He cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy and never inconvenienced by having to drop off their car for service. Their mechanics are top of the line and always go above and beyond. This is the dealer version of having your private mechanic. I would never go anywhere else.
Matthew Nguyen was a wonderful sales consultant. He was friendly, knowledgeable, had great communication skills, and was prompt with service. I was looking for a specific Honda CR-V. Matthew and his team called around to multiple dealerships to locate the CR-V for me. I cannot recommend Joyce Koons Honda and especially Matthew enough. He also followed up with a call a few days after my purchase to see how I liked my new vehicle and if I had any questions. Thanks for all your help - I now have the perfect CR-V!
My Honda Pilot has over 150,000 miles of use which means that some repairs are expected. The service team has always provided a look down the road so I can plan ahead. The regular maintenance is important and professional. The entire team performs at top level and earns my trust every visit. I used to repair everything so take it from someone who knows, the Mechanics are the best anywhere.
I bought a 2017 Honda Civic yesterday from Sunny. He had already agreed to all the expected pricing via email so I was hoping there wouldn't be any surprises (there weren't!). When I arrived with my daughter we first wanted to go for a test drive. Within seconds he handed me the keys and we were off (he let us take it out on our own without even asking, which I liked). The actual buying experience was super easy. I signed off on the paperwork with the price I wanted and then went to finance where I was in and out in a few minutes. I also got to meet with one of the managers (Tim) and he was very professional and easy to work with as well. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Sunny.
