I bought a groupon for a car detail and made an appointment for Saturday at 10 am. I called and left a voicemail during the week to confirm the time since I will be out of the country for several weeks I wanted to make sure i redeemed the groupon in time.

Solid cheap four dollar car wash. Don't waste your money on the fancy upgrades. Love the free vacuums after, just realize some have better suction than others so don't be afraid to pull into a different spot if the first one you try doesn't work well.
The price of a car wash is reasonable. They always give free car washes to veterans on veterans day. For that reason I use them exclusively at other times of the year.
I didn't receive a call back confirming my appointment but I did receive an email confirming it at 10 am Saturday. So, I schlep all the out to the boondocks on a beautiful Saturday morning and get turned away.
The guy offered some song and dance about their system, why would I care they cant tell time? Offered nothing to make me whole, not even to schedule another appointment. He said they turned away several other people that morning as well. Buyer beware--Time wasters.
This is without a doubt the best wash in the area. I came in today to wash my dog and it was so simple. I walked in paid for the service the provided me with a towel, soap, and brush to wash my dog. I was not rushed nor did I have a time limit. My dog enjoyed his bath. Soon as we finished I wanted to wash my car. Paid $15 for the hot wax which I've never had and I will definitely be back.
