I have tried calling to get awnsers but I get no calls back ( ironic isn't it )... I tried being civil and it doesn't work.
What's even more mind-boggling is that the judge for my case should have asked the commonwealth attorney where I was at and if I had been sent a subpoena for court, but nope no one decided to do their job that day, absolutely ridiculous. How is any of this even legal ????
They operate completely backwards at that courthouse. Willet is a prehistoric, dusty coward who INTENTIONALLY screwed my case up. But of course nothing will be done about it because the ancient one ( CA willet ) will just move on to the next case and probbobly screw that up also.
Considering the commonwealth attorney James Willet never sent me a subpoena for a case involving me and then gave what should have been MY restitution to a third had party, and to top it off the dumb ass acts like he did his job and everything is just fine, yeah they have no clue what their doing. They need to fire all of those clowns and replace them with someone who actually wants to help the victims of crimes.
Fun fact-- a commonwealth attorney called me literally 4min before court and asked me if I'd be showing up?????!!!!!! All I can say is these goons are clueless and unprofessional. All this is currently being reported a much higher authority
