I really wanted to like this place and call it my favorite, go-to, local nail salon but I had a bad experience. First, I called to schedule an appointment last minute for the following hour and they fit me in; great, this is going good already. I get there exactly on time and stand, and stand, and stand at the counter while no one acknowledged me; looking like an idiot for 5 minutes. Seems short but when you have a salon full of workers who have made eye contact yet ignore you, its easy it get frustrated. Finally, I'm acknowledged, told to pick a color and sit. 10 minutes go by and I'm summoned to a chair along with another young lady. The employee then started the water for me but then left me alone as she completely focused on the other lady. So now I've been soaking my feet for 15 minutes in now cold water with no direction or no assurance someone will attend to me. Finally, another lady finishes with her client but she takes her sweet time and finally gets to me at 1PM (30 minutes after my scheduled appointment). Pedicure was going as expected but then she cut me and I started bleeding but I didn't make a fuss although I'm sure she could sense my annoyance. Finished up and after the dryer went to pay which they were real quick to attend me there. It was $25 for a 30 minute wait, simple pedicure with poor customer service and a cut that caused me to bleed. This could have ALL been alleviated had a simple, "Hello! We'll be right with you, pick a color." Customer service goes a LONG way. They just lost out on a potential faithful customer.
Service is absolutely horrible. Every time I've gone to this nail salon, I've waited an hour to get a basic mani/pedi. The salon is consistently understaffed, by design, which is why the wait times are so unnecessarily long. Staff don't make eye contact, they aren't focused, take too long and are easily distracted. Your salon is losing customers on a regular basis. Fix your wait times.
Clean & does a good spa pedi. Don't schedule an appointment. Last 2 appointments I had to wait 20 minutes the 1st time and walked out after 25 minute wait 2nd time.
First time I've been there and it wasn't for nails. I was here for a waxing service. I think the price for full legs is decent and the personnel was amiable. However, when I got home I noticed a few spots where I still had hair. This is the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars only.
Worst service I've ever had at a nail salon first the woman never even said hello or anything just started off by laughing and talking to her coworkers I could have painted my nails better myself there was still my old color on my nails along with nail polish still on my skin she just decided she didn't wanna take off (the woman that painted my friends nails even commented on how I did a great job for doing them myself when we first walked in) I expressed how they didn't look good and she in turn insulted my nails by saying they are to short if that's the case how could I someone who isn't a professional do a better job than someone who is a professional everyone in there knew it was an awful experience and they still charged me needless to say I will never return if you want to be judge and walk out dissatisfied then I suggest going there
