Was looking for a Christmas tree and found one online. Called the store to see if they had it available. The call was somehow disconnected. Then a got a return call and spoke with Tristan. This young man called me back because he could hear me but i couldn't hear him!

He went above and beyond in helping me in my quest for a tree. He checked the stock and only the floor sample was left. He advised he could hold for me until I could get there to pick it up. He boxed it for me AND carried it and put it in my car - All with a smile and great disposition, a rare thing during this time of year from store representatives.
It was such a great experience making this purchase and I sincerely hope Tristan gets recognized for the great work he is doing for this company. Great job Tristan and your coworkers also! The tree came out beautifully
