They constantly lose my packages, deliver "guaranteed" packages and mail late, and have the worst customer service of any post office I have ever been to.
Had a stop on mail delivery, revised the date, carrier never delivered the mail. "I never got an update " even though I showed him the email confirmation. Spoke with Calvin - great help and got it fixed.
Don't accept my money for a job that you don't plan on holding up your end of.
This location is a joke! They lie to you and don’t give you a straight answer. Haven’t received my mail in two weeks. Went to the location and was told our mailbox was broken and being fixed that day and we would receive all of our mail today. The employees are SO rude, have no respect and talk to you like you’re a moron. Did not receive mail and got a notification of a package being on their truck. If you live in the area go through UPS or Fedex if possible, because this USPS location is TERRIBLE!
Staff at main office very nice. Our delivery person rates a -1. Our change of address was set for June 20. We are still getting mail in that box as of July 24. Not good. Thank goodness for neighbors.
Had to wait about 10 to 15 min after they knew I was there. A mail man tried to help but he couldn't because I was picking up mail nd someone from the office had to give it to me.
I have been on the phone with this branch far more than I would like and there is exactly one woman there who seems to take pride in her work and who is helpful.
