I have gone here a lot with my daughter who recently turned 5. The place is pretty but they need more of those crocodile things that help the smaller kids bowl. My daughter can barely throw the ball and has almost hurt herself in the past. When I asked the worker to get me one since the side I was on did not have any he told me he couldn't. When I asked the front desk if they could give us a refund they said no. Let's just say I was not happy with what I was being told. Shortly after a manager did come and speak with me. He did offer to give a refund if my daughter didn't want to try to bowl on her own. Still the nicest bowling alley I've been to but maybe purchasing more of those dinosaur/crocodile things will be best.
I hate, hate, hate, hate writing reviews because I believe everyone has their bad days, but some service is just horrible. Decided to just get out of the house for a bit today so went stopped at uptown alley. Online it has great reviews, but the service was horrible. We give this place two stars only because the facility is really nice. This bowling alley offers lane side service, yet the three people working ignored us. The place was practically empty, so its not like they were busy either. They would walk by us and ignore our request at service. One even had the audacity to smirk at my friend and continue walking. I had to go to the bar to order food. We ordered chicken tenders and fries and we received batter. You break the "chicken" and there is a tiny piece of chicken. This place was a waste of money and time. Definitely wouldn't suggest coming here.

Crazy terrible service. 1 hour wait for food after our order. The food was sub par, and the drinks were watered down. It looks cool, the idea is nice, but the whole night ends up being frustrating with the lack of service, attention to detail, and organization of the employees and their duties. Won't be coming back.
The customer service is terrible. We had my son's b day party here I will never go again. I told the manager I didn't want the small 10 inch pizzas take them back and make them 16 inch pizzas. He lied to my face and said those pizza only come in that size(I'm looking at the menu and it says the different size the pizza comes) and he would not take them back I have to pay for them. What happen to the customer is always right? My wife called and spoke to the same manager early that day to see if laser tag was available this manager told my wife there are no partys books come in and there is no wait. 45 min later we get there and are told the kids can't play until 6:00pm. This place is a joke. I will never again plan a party here. It's was so bad I didn't leave a tip....
