A bit confused about the space/location of private jumping areas for reserved Birthday parties, being a first timer. There was really no private jumping time. Other than that the kids had fun staff was nice and accommodating. Kayla our party host was great as well.
Good place to go and let the kids have fun for awhile . They uncontrollably jumped for over an hour. Staff was nice , and they are actually inside on the sides to keep everything safe.
My daughter attended birthday party there. Everything was going good then my daughter and the other girls from the birthday party went to play dodge ball in the back. These girls are 8-11. They were having fun playing with each other when 2 boys decided to play with them. One boy threw the ball at my daughter's ankle while the other boy tackled her causing us a trip to the ER with a severely sprained ankle and possible fractured growth plate. The attendants didn't do anything. My daughter was screaming walking out to the seating area. According to the other girls the boys where horse playing in the dodge ball area where they were and no one said anything to them. I think sky zone would be a good place for kids to enjoy if the staff were doing there job and paying attention to the kids. Instead they're checking phone talking to one another and not caring about the welfare of the children. We will NOT be back for a second trip!!
The staff was rude the dodgeball person was more rude and would not let me in the dodgeball court and there's space for me to play dodgeball my dad yelled at the manager for not kicking out somebody that hurt another person there at the place and when my dad was telling the manager the manager ignored my dad for no reason the manager decided to ask us to leave we were there for a birthday party and made us leave the party room the party was not over yet the staff is so stupid about stuff managers name is Amanda harner if she won't tell you her name I will not return to sky zone I don't care if the owner wants me to return for a second chance go to jump Instead
For my experience, it was good. I was going to a B-Day party. We loved it there and going for a second trip. Will see is better or worse. &a Nobody got hurt))
