Richard helped my husband and me after the passing of our unborn daughter at 28 weeks. He talked us through the paperwork and was very patient with any questions that we had.
Beyond disrespectful. Maybe they aren't use to Asian Americans or they are racist. The whole meeting they displayed a hostile mentality to us. At least they showed this side of themselves now before we committed to using their services.

They made us feel as though we were part of their family....from the loving care shown to us as they picked up my Husband's Mom's Body from our house to sitting down with us to explain how the process worked and our options. Mike & Gina Post assured us they would handled every aspect and that they would be available if we had any other questions. We could not believe how Mike & Gina Post alleviated the stress that we had experienced in the past with other Funeral homes! The fact that their crematorium was on-site gave us peace that our loved one was in loving hands & care! We are so thankful for you all! This place provided the most unbelievable service for my mom's funeral. They were there to guide us every step of the way, allowed us to put our own input in and really made it feel as though we were the only service they had ever done. They were polite, accommodating, explained everything and really made the best of a bad situation.
Mike Ward was so nice and made the process of planning our father's service so much easier than anticipated. He explained the process and made helpful suggestions where needed. The products we purchased for the service were of utmost quality - the video, candle, programs, etc. The website made it easy to send flowers, make donations and write condolences.
