I read the one review and could hardly believe my eyes! The Pierce Funeral Home helped our family through the worst loss possible of an only child. They worked with us to have the videographer do an amazing job of putting our daughter's favorite music with the photos. We did not need to think about anything. I did not realize the time when I was still sitting by her side. One of my family came up and said it was past time to go. I said I was so sorry, I didn't realize and the gentleman said take whatever time I needed. I ask if they would take some of the yellow roses off of her coffin prior to the graveside, so that I could dry them. They handed them to me when we got out of the car at the grave. My husband and I found them to make our heartache seem natural. We kept worrying that we wanted or needed unusual things -- they said that there was nothing unusual about our requests. What was unfortunate was that we had to bury a beautiful young lady. The 5 stars say "Loved It". While I appreciated everything they did for us, "loved it" is a terrible way to describe this experience of saying good-bye to your life. I thank them from the bottom, sides and top of my heart.

Our family had decided on cremation & met with Mike Anderson Monday afternoon. Again, his professionalism was top notch. Even though we had taken an economical approach, we were never treated as such or rushed through the process.

Doris, the secretary was lovely as well. Mom and I picked up dad's ashes Monday and she was respectful, patient and kind.

Nice facility and helpful staff. Likely not visiting under the best of circumstances but the staff certainly is helpful while providing plenty of space

We highly recommend Pierce Funeral Home.

They have always done a great job for our loved ones. 14yrs ago next week they did my days and I couldn't have been happier. I've also been there for 2 others and they were very caring. I will be there again in a week for another family member

Extremely rude and unprofessional in a time of great heart ache. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

We contacted Mike Anderson at 4:30am on 3/27/16, after my father passed away at his home. Three employees arrived around 6:30am, dressed in formal attire to pick up his body. They were commendably dignified in the way in they handled every aspect of taking him away. You see, there were 15 family members standing back watching them, ranging from the age of 10 years old on onward. This was the first time the children had experienced death.
