Our dog had to come in because she was vomiting w/ blood; turns out she had eaten plastic off the side of her toy bin and needed emergency surgery. They were wonderful! Everything was right there (ER & surgery center next door). They really went above and beyond; they brought out our dog when she was upset waiting in the kennel to keep her happy waiting with us, gave us regular updates, and took care of everything.
I went in to have my cat put down. The moment I walked in the door the staff was very helpful, and very accommodating. They clearly could tell I was very upset. They promptly got me into a room and seen by the dr. One of the girls even gave me a hug which meant the world to me. I have never been to this clinic before this and the fact that they treated me like family was amazing. And everyone was very nice from the front desk, pet nurse, and dr. I will recommend everyone to take their pets their and will for now on take my future pets there. Thanks to all the staff for everything!!!!!
I have been here three times with my two Golden Doodle dogs, Ollie and Emma. Each time I recieved excellent care from doctors and staff. After the initial screening I've always had significant wait time. This is because they had numerous critical situations they were dealing with that required immediate attention. I am not sure this is always the case, it may have just been my luck. This made for a few very late nights... but if my dogs were ever in a life or death situation, I would want and expect them to become a priority, so I am glad this is their practice. I am thrilled to have this clinic minutes away from our house. If it was possible to have this practice be my primary veterinary clinic I would so. The receptionists are very nice and easy to understand. Dr. Thompson, who we saw most recently, is very professional. Prices are quite reasonable for an emergency clinic, actually comparable to our regular veterinary practice.
We had an awful experience at another vet prior to this and are so grateful to the staff here! Thank you so much for Bella!!
What a compassionate team of people. When we had to say goodbye to our pug Charlie the staff could not have been anymore compassionate. Thank you for helping us through a difficult decision, by showing compassion to our little family.
DO NOT TAKE UR PET HERE IF U SEEK EMERGENCY DENTAL TREATMENT. this place is great but if u suscpect that ur pet needs emergency dental care this is not the place. I called the front desk late one afternoon with concerns regarding my dogs oral care. I was DIRECT about my reason to be seen & VERY specific when I described the symptoms my dog was experiencing. He had a very distinct odor coming from his mouth, it was slightly swollen & he wasn't eating. I asked the front desk, if they could PROPERLY treat him. In which they said they could. Long story short, 3 hours later, I walked away with a bill for kidney test (which I'd had done by my primary but the Dr insisted running more???) I wasn't specifically treated for what I came there for. They did give me an antibiotic but nothing for his pain? DO NOT TAKE UR PET HERE IF U NEED EMERGENCY DENTAL CARE! They will tell u that they are equipped/specialize in this care but that is false. This place seems to be great. But if u need dental care, I urge u to seek help elsewhere
